She accomplishes this through angel investing and advising VCs on talent acquisition to grow more diverse investment teams, boards, and C-suites within their portfolios. She is an active community builder, and chief of the Evanglistas, the most experienced investors community in Europe. Julia advocates more DEI, and hosts several events dedicated to bringing Europeans tech leaders together.

​Jana Scharfschwerdt: CFO-on Demand, Finance Leaders League, and the Evangelistas host. Jana Scharfschwerdt is CFO-on-demand, finance executive advisor and co-founder of Somea Partners. She is a well-recognized finance leader and host of Finance Leaders League, a delicate network of almost 500 hand-picked finance leaders in the tech industry. Jana is also a proud Evangelistas and active angel investor. Before starting her own business, amongst others, she has worked at KPMGs PE Deal Transaction Advisory team.
